The perfect aspect refers to the result of a finished action and we use the sign "already", which is signed after the verbal form. This aspect, though, does not always refer to actions in the past. See the following examples:

    "Next Sunday, as soon as everyone has arrived, we will start serving."
    "I had a shower this morning."
