In the example we can see how the movement of the man is represented by means of the index and the bicycle is represented by means of the horns. Then, the position of the bicycle regarding the tree is signed resting the bicycle on the tree and also the action of getting on the bicycle. The feet attempting to pedal and achieving it with great effort are represented with fists and also through facial expression. And the persecution scene of one man after the other is represented by fists and thumb. By these elements we are expressing movements and placing of items that were previously introduced by means of lexical signs such as "man", "bicycle", etc.
