In Catalan Sign Language, as is the case of most sign languages, verbal forms do not include information about time. Usually the temporal framework is established at the beginning of the sentence with an expression of temporal information. Once marked, all that follows is placed in that time as long as the time reference does not change.

    "Yesterday I visited the cathedral with my students. After that we saw the Christmas objects stalls outside and then we went to the Shoe Museum."

As you can see, time was specified at the beginning and it determined the entire paragraph from beginning to end.
