Within the directional verb group there are some bearing a more complex form because its basic form is anchored in some part of the body.
"Can I ask you something?"
"Did you ask him/her already?"
See how in this example both the basic and agreeing forms start at the signer's chin. In a different way to the normal agreement verb, the fact that the path starts from the signer does not mean that he/she is the subject. In fact, in the second example the subject is the second person and the object is the third person.
