Research lines:
Mechanisms involved in neuroprotection, associated to apoptosis and neuroinflammation, of each of JNK isoforms (JNK1, JNK2 and JNK3) using JNK knock-out mice (jnk1 (- / -) jnk2 (- / -) and jnk3 (- / -)). Also we analyze the role of the JNK pathway in neuronal types using conditional knock-outs of mkk4 and mkk7.
