Regular fees include access to conference sessions and exhibition area, link to book of abstracts, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner.
Accompanying person fee includes: welcome reception, lunches and coffee/tea during session breaks, conference dinner.
All fees exclude accommodation, which needs to be booked separately.
Please note: You are EuCheMS member in case that you are member of one of the EuCheMS Member Societies.
All conference fees include VAT.
Cancellation Policy
- Substitutions may be made at any time, by advising the Technical Secretariat by written notice of any change of name.
- Cancellations should be sent by written notice to the Technical Secretariat and cancellation fees will apply as follow:
- Cancellations sent by July 30th: a cancellation fee of 50 euros shall be charged.
- Cancellations sent after July 30th: No refund of the paid registration fee.
