The interrogative signs used in this type of questions are the following:

- Who: only applicable to people
"Who is that woman in the black jacket?"

- What
"What's your job?"

- Why
"Why is that kid not playing soccer?"

- Which
"Which sport do you like best?"

- How
"How did your sister find a job?"

- When: in this case the sign changes if the time reference is past or future.
"When did you obtain your LSC teaching skills certificate?"
"When is your birthday?"

- How much / how many: in this case there are different signs according to the referent. See the following examples.
"How many rooms are there in your home?"
"How much does a kilo of oranges cost?"
"How many years have you been friends for?"
"How much is there to go for the village?"
"How much longer do we have to get to the village?"

- Where
"Where is the library?"
"Where did you learn LSC?"
