Abstract Submission

 


Guidelines for Presenters Communications (oral or posters)

All abstracts submissions must be sent electronically and in English.
When sending the communication, choose between the oral communication or poster communication option (in both cases the abstract document has to be submitted with the same structure as follows).

The deadline for submissions is 7th March 2016.

Instructions for abstracts

Microsoft Word is the preferred format for submission of text documents.

Maximum length

  • All papers must be limited to 1 page (edited in accordance with these guidelines) and can include figures, tables and references.
  • They have to include a short abstract (300 characters not including spaces).
  • The scientific committee will confirm the acceptance of communications.

Font

  • All text must be in Arial, 11pt.
  • TITLE (Arial 12, bold)
  • Authors (first and last name, Arial 11)
  • Affiliations of the authors (Arial 9)

Order of paper presentation

  • Name: Mr/Mrs/Ms…
  • Title: PhD,…
  • Department:
  • Affiliation:

For references, heading in Arial 9, text in Arial 8

Page layout

  • Page size should be A4 paper and vertical.
  • Margins Left, Top and Right: 2.5cm
  • Bottom margin: 3

Other aspects to be considered:

  • All attendees must register for the conference and pay the appropriate fee and take care of their travel and accommodation expenses.
  • All presenters, ie. first authors, of any communication, must register for the conference and pay mandatory the regular fee and take care of their travel and accommodation expenses. There is no possibility of registering as One day ticket or Student fee.
  • The organization will not reimburse any expenses or pay any honorary.
  • The first author (principal author) of a communication (oral or poster) must register for the conference and pay the regular fee and take care of their travel and accommodation expenses.
  • For any accepted communication (oral or poster) as first author, Regular participant fee is required. Only two oral communications as first author will be accepted. There is no limit for poster communications.
  • There is no limit for oral or poster communications for other authors (ie. not first author). If you won’t be attending the conference, no registration is required.
  • First authors are the presenter of oral communications.
  • The One day ticket only allows attendance during the day. The first author of any communication (oral or poster) will be required to pay the Regular participant fee.
  • Student fee registration is only available for students that are not professional teachers or researchers. Regular participant fee is also required if they are first author of any communication.
  • When your abstract has been accepted, you will receive an acceptance email.
  • Communications may be posted on the Congress media (Congress Web), thus, authors will have to give the Organization permission to publish their works.

Posters
Accepted posters that will be exhibited during the poster sessions must have the following characteristics

  • Size: Portrait 1.10 m x 0.90 m Wide. All kinds of graphics can be used.
